Eco Friendly Exterior Cleaning is an exterior building cleaning and restoration service and a wholly owned subsidiary of ECO FRIENDLY PRODUCTS, LLC. which was a spin off from a former service company called EMZ, Corp. Both companies are privately owned by a single individual, Roland S. Alcala who is also the founder and inventor of all its products.
