Eco Friendly Exterior Cleaning is an exterior building cleaning and restoration service and a wholly owned subsidiary of ECO FRIENDLY PRODUCTS, LLC. which was a spin off from a former service company called ECO MOLD ZAPPERS, Corp. Both companies are privately owned by a single individual, Roland S. Alcala who is also the founder and inventor of all its products.

We use a very unique, highly effective and environment safe solution, ALGARID, that not only lowers your energy cost but also lengthens the useful life of your roof, fence, brick wall, deck, walkway, driveway, parking garage, hard to clean windows and stones of all types, restores the beauty of your home or commercial property and increase property value.

Until recently, the only way to remove the harmful BLACK & GREEN ALGAE and DIRT was through high pressure washing and in case of a dirty roof, an eventual roof or surface replacement. Those alternatives are in most cases more expensive or more damaging than Dirt and Algae.
