Spectra Energy contacted us regarding a black and green substance growing on the exterior of their main office throughout the entrance and west/south end of their building. The culprit of course was mold and black algae spreading throughout the pores of the surface. With years of neglect the mold and algae have grown deep into the surface with the only method of cleaning usually being expensive and time consuming power washing.

Luckily their director of operations contacted us and we were able to use our solution to bring back the original appearance and color of the building when it was first constructed! Our method is a simpler and environmentally safer way to clean the building but also protects it for years to come!
